1. It is said that a late ascendant means the question cant be answered . Right ? I was wondering and then read it somewhere that for a relationship horary , it means the matter has already been brought to a conclusion . Is it so ?

2. eg , I was doing a horary for myself where I asked when will i finally get my guy (brief history : oh! i hav been trying to settle down now dat i feel ready and just had a couple of options dat i wasnt sure about ). My ascendant was 29.25 degrees Libra . the rulers for me and him were Venus and Mars according to it . Venus was stationed 28.57 aquarius and mars was 11.13 pisces . they were havign neptune between them and the trio was square saturn . So should that mean we are almost connected and just separated by an illusion ? or should this be considered as a chart with no answers at present ?
