Hey,

I am trying to figure out timing in horary. I know I am Mars and placed in the 12th house probably reflecting my current hermit state and the other person Venus would represent the 7th house but they're in the 12th as well but mars and venus make a applying aspect Conjunction at 8 and the ruler of the dsc and asc are both cardinal signs in a cadent house so 8 months or does one use the sign mars and venus are in pisces in cadent house 8 years?

I believe the timing is based off of what sign the planets are at the time you asked the question (someone correct me if I'm wrong) So yea mutable cadent is yrs.

Hoping someone with more experience can help you decipher the timing.
