For those who haven't I'll give a quick summary: In 1999 Baltimore, Maryland a teen named Adnan Syed was accused of murdering his ex Hae Min Lee. He's been in jail ever since even though he says he's not guilty and has maintained his innocence from day 1.

I did a chart asking if he was guilty and I'm unsure whether to signify him with the Ascendant or 7th house. I read that if you're asking a question about someone else who you have no relation to then they are the 7th house which now becomes the first house. Is that true? I would think that in this chart the ascendant would be better since it's Scorpio and Scorpio's ruler is the malefic and murderous Mars... BUT if he was signified by Mars then that means the other person (his ex) would get the 7th house Venus which is exalted... but that cant be true since she's dead.

But I personally do not think he is guilty. I think the friend who did all the confessing did it and this was a totally botched investigation!

Let's see if someone who is more knowledgable can have a look.

Of course regarding your second post, astrology isn't going to be used to prove this case one way or another even if we are right. Horary is not and can not be used as evidence.

Also, it's so unfortunately astrology can't be used as evidence ESPECIALLY when every crime horary I've ever read turns out to be true. Like every single one.

No. I believe his is not guilty based on the podcast, not on the chart. I think that the friend who had all this "information" did it.

The chart is too complicated for me!
