I think the chart is invalid because this is a bit of a spin-off question, isn't it? I can't remember the questions before this, but if they are all pretty similar - it's like the Universe is giving you a cold hard stare and saying: "Didn't we already go over this?" That's my guess at why you're getting both 0* and Saturn in the 7th...

For horary as well though - there is info missing to answer this question even if it were valid... 'Cousin' isn't enough. You need to know, for example, if it is the "child of her father's sister", "child of her mother's brother", or other combo... The reader must derive the house to find this answer and it can only be done using the exact relationship.
