It might sound redundant, but the small difference in the way we read natal charts now is they are used a reason to answer "why," and mainly used for the purpose of understanding one's self. But, if we read natal charts like horary charts I think we'd be able to answer "what." Hmm, still feeling redundant here...
Here's an example: in my natal chart I have a stellium in the 7th house (arguably) and the 11th. I was thinking if that was a horary chart, the 7th house would be my partner. So they've got Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune in there - a handful, definitely, but interesting? Probably. However, if we were reading that like a natal chart, you'd say "Hannaramaa is Saturn, Uranus, Neptunian but you don't see it in yourself, you see those traits in other people." Or my Sun in Aries is in the 11th house so I'm a loner / outsider / "quirky." It wouldn't be describing my 7th house person.
Venus though, the 7th house ruler, is in my 11th house. Which would be their 5th... it's conjunct Sun and Mercury, so I would likely marry someone / be with someone long-term who's popular and a bit of a playboy. At least, that's who I'd attract / get most of the time. What's weird about that is Venus rules my 5th house, so maybe I wouldn't take him seriously at first or he is someone I dated casually before and became friends with after. - Not sure, getting confused here.
Do you see what I mean though? To me, it seems different than just reading a natal chart like we read natal charts, but if you think it sounds the same I get that too because we're not really able to tell "when," or at least I don't know how.
The only flaw I can think of in doing this is not being able to ask it about different people.
Anyway, if you have thoughts on this or if I rambled and didn't make sense - let me know. <3
