Since I'm not sure what kind of authority he has, I used 7th house. You're Saturn, and he's Mars, and they are in an applying aspect, but your co-sig Moon is in his 11th house which would mean he sees you as a friend right now. Moon and Saturn are forming a really weak aspect. I think he feels the connection but is not ready to act on it yet and take it further.

I think that's as deep as he views you is a friend... he's in your 11th house as Jupiter and you're in his 11th house, but with Leo (where his planet is) being near you as the Moon, I wonder if that means he thinks very highly of you (he has a positive opinion of you anyway, but I'm wondering if Sun shining on the Moon puts some kind of spotlight on you, makes you 'special' somehow)
