It looks to me like your concerns about your job are real and there might be a point when the job will be greatly affected, but I think in the end it sorts out favorably (esp financially). You seem too invested in the situation, perhaps a bit oversensitive and it might make things worse as it clouds objective thinking. Try to keep that under control and best of luck to you!

I think there will always be communication issues because of this, and issues in the background. So much in the 12th house makes me think there might always be an underlying stress for you about this situation.

Do note though, that the majority and final aspects of the Moon are primarily positive, and the very final aspect of the Moon is trining your main significator, Mars. This same aspect also speaks of the end of the matter - what could be better than an applying trine for the end of the matter?

I get the sense that you hold the upper hand in the situation. I don't think you should be afraid of this job. Perhaps it will be a challenging transformational learning experience for you, but whatever difficulties you go through, I think things will be fine enough for you in the end.

The part you are asking about, the trine between Mars and Moon, it represents the final outcome of the situation itself as well as the final outcome for you. I hope you will find a good way to deal with the situation. It's so unfair to have a male's "attractions" destroy a woman's opportunities. Society trains us to walk away to keep the peace - but it shouldn't have to be that way.
