If you cast the chart/used the time of your asking the question, then you are the lord of the AC... but I have no idea how the people you are talking about are related to you (friends, sister/brother, boss, exboyfriend/lover...) - this is essential information in horary because we need to know which houses we are using and understand the symbolism behind our choices - so we can't even start to read without this information. And, we should know the relationship these two have with each other - are these people dating, engaged, other?It's best to note as well, that horary can be unreliable and confusing to read if the question is a spying or curiosity question. It may not give a clear answer if it is. Clear answers come when the outcome truly affects you and there is a pressing need to know. And, horary can only predict the next few months, possibly a year at best - so we can try to answer the chart, but casting a synastry between the two might be a more reliable way to find the answer, if that information is available.
