I noticed he is under my ruler of jupiter in pisces and in his detriminent conjuncting my other co significator the moon. So I guess he has hurt feelings? It is int he 3rd house of communication. But my ruler of jupiter is in the 8th retrograding.

Regardless, however, your significator is Rx, which generally indicates that you are likely to change your mind anyway.

I have a feeling this is a 5th house question, instead of 7th house, but neither house gives a good yes, so I'd say no - at least not for the next few months.
