Ok So I'm Mars in my 6th house. I'm under my own rulership and my focus lately has been on changing some of my habits health wise so that makes sense.

Potential new person is my 5th which is Jupiter Rx in my 9th (they are also in their own 5th noting what their focus is). Already I see an issue as Jupiter is retro which means the person or situation will either be undone or changed. Also this person is REALLY into themselves it would seem as they are under the sun's rulership AND sun in is their 1st house.

Mars and Jupiter aren't aspecting, but Moon and Jupiter are..but in a square so perhaps the situation won't end well and it will only last about 2 mos. Also noting that the sun is in their 1st and not aspecting any of my planets BUT is under my rulership and in their exaltation (a lot going on there).

Rx in relationship/romance charts can sometimes mean that it's someone from your past coming back for a moment. You do have the south node in the 5th house as well, so perhaps. But, south node is also a malefic in horary charts.

I see you picked up on the moon separating from Venus and it was exactly to the day that I "ended" something (11-22-14). But I'd hardly call it anything to write home about. It was long distance, so all we did was talk and we never met in person. So I'd hardly call that a need for taking a break. I haven't had an actual bonafide relationship since 2011. I think I'm ready but apparently the universe wants to keep sending me crap. lol

Lol, no.... that's not much to worry about.

But, if you aren't getting any significant relationships, perhaps there is a lesson you're supposed to be learning first, before the person you seek can enter your life. I'd wonder what that lesson should be. If it were me I'd ask for a tarot reading on that one because I think they offer so much insightful, well-layered interpretations.

Funnily enough my SN is in my 5th house natally so I guess I'm doomed to keep dealing with old failed "relationships" *sigh*. Maybe I can thwart having to go thru yet another meaningless fling if I just don't go for it. Yea..I think I'll pass.

If your SN is in the 5th as well, then I'd say the problem is that you keep reverting back to your past incarnations way of doing things and this life you should practice the opposite - even if it's less comfortable or easy. I have the same problem with my SN in the 9th/NN in the 3rd... I'm always more comfortable with the energies of the 9th house - 3rd house activities are what I know I have to focus on, but they are much more a challenge in comparison.

I understand we're here to learn lessons & all that. But sometimes just being a "friend" is just not fulfilling enough for me & I crave something deep, intense AND romantic (8th house Venus) funny part is my Venus is in Pisces which is the sign of having love & giving love to everyone as opposed to just reserving it for one specific person. You know what's making this harder is pluto is transiting my 5th & conjuncting my SN so I'm like obsessed with being with someone.

It just hurts that someone like my ex who treated me like crap for 6 almost 7yrs gets to have this great relationship & I'm just here alone. It's not fair, BUT his nodes are the opposite of mine so he's here to learn how to love romantically as opposed to platonically.

As far as my Venus return this year, it's already past & my asc/dsc (Venus conjunct Mars) are conjunct in the 6th house, actually my 5th & 6th houses are heavily populated with planets this yr. I'm thinking I'll be doing a lot of soul work this yr. it's already started as I've discovered I've met a soulmate & we come from the same soul family. My solar return sun in the 9th is opposing the moon in the 3rd so I know it will be a significant yr probably centered around communication & all that.

And Pluto has probably been going back and forth through your 5th... forcing you to experience, then reflect, and repeat over and over... All we can do is try our best! In the end, if you learn what you need to, the right things will reveal themselves even better than you had imagined. Just keep your spirits up and don't worry about your ex - he's probably suffering as well - you just might not see it.
