ok so I'm not attached to this question either way. If its a no its no big deal. I was walking down the street during my lunch hour and noticed a hot guy walking passed. We looked up and into each other's eyes at exactly the same moment and my heart kinda skipped a beat I figured he works near me.
So this question is really just for a bit of fun and practise with horary. I would think the answer is a no? as there are no aspects between me as mars and him as saturn. is that correct? other than that I'm not sure.

No aspect, so you likely won't see him again... but it looks like he was interested as well–that's why his significator is in your house.

But, this chart has the legend cut off, so it's super hard to tell you much.

Well, all you can say by his significator in your house is that he is interested in you––I can't say he felt exactly as you did, or as intensely...

The moon is strong and conjunct Sirius pretty closely. These are nice signs. The moon is showing a lot of action, but there just isn't an aspect between the two of you, so that's a bit of a problem.

The problem is that neither one of you knows each other's routines or places of work?

thanks appleberry yes that's indeed the problem. He must work nearby as he was wearing a suit and carrying his lunch at the time.
Can horary answer questions like "where does he work?" or "what is his name?" without being too stalkerish lol!

I'd never be able to answer questions like what is his name or the name of his place of work... waaaay beyond my abilities if that's even possible.

You can, however, treat his place of work like a 'lost item/person' horary. Whenever you are trying to find something, you can use it to guide you. You will ask where he works, make a chart, and we can try to figure some things about it out more or less. Nothing will be exact (as in exact name of the building or job), but let's give it a try and see what we come up with.

update!

I saw city boy again today....we walked past one another again in the same spot! I didn't stop him because it looked like he was with an older business man deep in conversation.

anyway just wanted to share that i actually saw him but the chart said i wouldn't.
