My brother went to another country to find a job.
I asked will he get a job.
I would say that answer is yes (applying conjunction between Sun and Mars), but I'm not even sure if chart is readable (Saturn in my 3rd, my brother's first house). What do you think?

Saturn in the first house of the querent for me usually means no... but I've heard some accounts where it has just turned into unfortunate delays and obstacles... so you never know... The moon's final aspect is with the Sun, so that's a good sign. Its next traditional conjunction is also with the Sun, however it does have to pass both Chiron and Uranus (influencers, and in line with the delays and obstacles that Saturn would represent) first... I think the potential is there. So, it's not the best situation, but I don't think you should give up on him.

Mars/Sun... it does have to change signs to conjunct so the scenario does have to change... maybe he has to search for a different kind of work or something... With the Moon in his 5th, perhaps his mind is too much on pleasure/entertainment/fun and not enough on job search...
