Some say use the 7th when it's a specific doctor for treating you... Your "partner" in recovery... It's a tough one because probably houses 6,7,8,9,12 could all play a part here... 6 is more physical health, 8/12 mental/emotional health, 9 is somehow the learned aspects of the doctor... You do have a lot pointing at no...
Final aspects of the moon are good though.
