Dreams would be 12th, but telepathy and non-verbal communication... 3rd? I would think a house of communication includes *all* types of communication and not just verbal.

I see the point of using 12th for dreams, but some use 9th for dreams. I guess because dreams are linked to the spirit.. anything to do with mysticism, revelations, spirituality, even astrology is 9th house ...
I might see guiding dreams as the 9th and nightmares as the 12th...

Induced... I guess we would need more back-story on that...

Leo is ruled by the Sun in horary, night or day.

Communication and messages or messengers are 3rd house topics...

I get mixed messages about the dreams; I think your dreams are trying to communicate with you, but more than that I think you are just this kind of person. You are naturally very receptive to this "mystic realm." You're probably just some kind of subconscious 'receiver' and your brain puts all the pieces together while you are asleep. Hope that makes sense.

It's a toss up like appleberry said, but I see it through different parts in the chart.

On one hand, your co-sig Moon is his 12th house ruler BUT it doesn't make an aspect to his ruler, Sun. Sun does, however, aspect Saturn (your first sig) in an applying opposition. But then that negates any dreaming.

On the other, Pluto is in your 12th house and aspecting your 8th house ruler, and Saturn is in your 9th. Your dreams are meant to transform your thinking, and you can learn a great deal rom them - more than the average person.
