Creepy, right? I don't feel I'm in danger, but I remember hanging my cat litter on my front door so I'd remember to take it to the trash when I left, it had been there for two days but I just realized today it wasn't.

A few months ago I also got a note on my door that my singing and guitar playing was really pretty. That was flattering but they didn't leave a name or anything which kind of weirder me out.

Anyway, because of today I decided to ask if anyone from my complex was watching / observing me. I'm not sure if ai use my 4th house as their significator, or what house "apartment tenants" would be in.

When you can't define someone, it's always 7th. But they are neighbors, so I would say 3rd...

They are Saturn in your first, so I think so... In Sag, so I think you're def getting their curiosity...

Here Saturn doesn't restrict cuz it's the quesited

Their significator is what most describes them, so I would say an older Male... I believe Saturn is typically male, and usually over 40... like 40-60... The sign he's in would describe him on the inside, if I understand correctly. So, that would make him a rather outgoing, adventurous guy. Pluto is in the 3rd house, so if that is describing him, he might be a bit heavier set. Rx might indicate some shyness/awkwardness/restrictedness perhaps... but that's just a guess...
