Yes but something is delaying it or getting in the way, I can't pinpoint what it is but I notice a lot of hoagies have their significators in the 10th house, so is everyone working a lot more lately or are there office romances that can't be acted on because of policy?

Yes in the past....I was a "home body" of sort but in the last month...I've been out everywhere! Traveling, kayaking, zip-lining, trapeze-ing. My work is super super slow so I have a LOT of time off lately.

No, I'm not insecure with guys. I'm a very friendly/social person, I can get the guys, they just sadly aren't the good ones...a lot of "players".
