I'm thinking of playing one of those scratch off lottery tickets tomorrow and I wanted to know if I'll win at least a few bucks. I know the Ascendant is early, but it IS in Sag whose ruler is the benefic Jupiter . Perhaps it is too early to tell, but the Ascendant alone gives me hope that I might win some. in my natal chart the Sun is currently in my first house and Jupiter us in my second, so those are two good omens, but again, that's my natal.

I don't think you will money on it, Saturn close to your asc, although in different signs, no applying aspect between sigs of 1 and 5 so far.
But look, scratch cards are cheap, you would not loose the earth by buying one , they can be fun

From my experience, you have to have bought a ticket first for a horary chart to rely on... how can you win the lottery if you have bought no ticket, so unless you change those circumstances, it should end up a no/relative no.
