Usually, during Venus Retrograde, the last guy I dated comes back.

This happened in 2012 with my Taurus ex. It also happened in 2014 with another guy (can't remember his sign).

Is there any chance Mr. Pisces may seek to reconnect during this retrograde?

I get the feeling that he might be open to reconnecting with you, if you were to make the first move; but I am not sure that he will initiate, because he is involved someone else, and that situation is not allowing him to see things very clearly.

From what I can see, no it's not a "serious" relationship (she's represented by the ruler of his 5th house - Leo=Sun). Perhaps it's more causal at present, but as you know, things can change. Horarys are only valid for 3-6 months x

I have one small clarification question I forgot to ask. When you said he's open to "reconnecting" does this mean he's interested in me (romantically) or does this come from a place of pure curiosity?

In terms of what his true feelings would be, I don't trust myself to give you a definitive answer based on this chart alone.

However, I get the feeling that he would entertain the situation as presented to him - so whatever you offered, he would entertain. I can't say that he would be acting honestly given his involvement in the situation with this other person (if it does exist) and also, his trine to Neptune! (The planet of illusions).
