Well I'm up to 130 now and I'm 23, not that young haha. I said 25-30, so I'd be fine with 25. I'm only 5'3, but barely. IP: Logged |

You can't possibly lose that much in a month my dear. And to me you are girl...I am 32 :-).
Be safe...I think losing 25 lbs in perhaps six months sounds more healthy...cut out sugars and you will be fine. Good luck.IP: Logged |
