Recently he had gotten into heroine and meth, I am worried he died of a drug overdose, and I think this chart is strongly showing it as his significator(Saturn is in Scorpio in the eighth house. Although moon is in the Asc, so maybe he is recovering from a near death drug overdose? I also see Chiron conjunction the Asc in the 12th house, in Pisces no less, which to my knowledge can be the sign of addiction. I've heard too that Saturn can be a planet of death, and it is his co significator forming a trine with the ASC but since it is time this leads me to believe he is not dead yet if it is an overdose, and that there is still hope. Mars is ruling the eight house which Saturn resides in, and moon is in Aries ruled by Mars, this further leads me to believe he is not yet gone, but with Uranus there as well, it seems like he won't make it.
I am led to believe this is an addiction related problem since Pluto is residing in Capricorn, which Saturn rules, and also because Pluto calm be a planet of addiction and obsession.

Can anybody help?

I also see moon square Pluto for addiction related. And also for Venus and Jupiter conjunction in Leo, whose ruler is being conjuncted by Mars, ruler of the eighth and Venus and Jupiter being in the sixth, house of health.
