I am an independent contractor with a transcription company(mercury on the ASC!) and I like a lot of things about it, but I know that other companies pay more. Should I continue working with them or find something else? I am a little nervous about leaving because I know that other companies may not offer the flexibility that this one offers. I can listen to and choose the audio before I do it. The deadlines give me plenty of time to complete it as well, which is very nice. Help please?
