I know its outrageous to ask this, but: will I die before my Saturn return? My Saturn return will happen in 2020.

Lords of 1st and 8th are both retrograde, and square between them will be perfected.
There is mutual trine between co-ruler of ASC (Uranus) and Moon (co-ruler of querent).
Venus (lord of 8th) conjunct Regulus.
IC (end of things) is on Aldebaran, and MC on Antares.

Well... I think most people don't want to do 'death' horary... I have read for my dog and was accurate about it, but that's a whole other reason for not wanting to read for a human.

I would note though, that the end of the matter (4th house) lands exactly on Aldebarran - maybe you should have a read about this fixed star. Another one to look at is often the star within one degree of wherever the Asc has landed. It generally sheds some light on 'you' with regards to the situation.

I wouldn't feel comfortable telling you whether you are going to die.

Do note though that your significator and co-sigs are all Rx... things have a great possibility of turning around.

I respect your desire to not be a part of this place, with all the ugliness it has for us daily, but emotional hardship is a part of life and something that can be turned around and validate itself through helping others and healing yourself. I hope that you will at least put effort into this opposing journey. Your life has value. People can and do feel love for you even if you can't see or feel it, even if they don't know how to express it to you in a way that you can see and feel...

PS... I assume this is an emotional journey that is troubling and not as much a physical one because of what I see in the chart, but let me know if I am wrong about that.

Well, I see that you have emotional pain and deep. I see it in both the horary as well as your writing.

I'm not sure if you have physical pain as well - that much was a question. But, they are interwoven. Often physical pain makes emotional pain worse because we often don't understand why things happen to us and not others.

I don't know what your religion is, but in my religion we believe that we choose our lives before we are born, including the challenges we face in life. If you are facing a challenge that seems insurmountable, the first thing we ask ourselves it "Why did I choose this challenge?" It is also a part of my religion that we believe that if we give up on the challenges we choose by not putting effort into overcoming them, or by ending our own lives, our soul will bring us that same challenge again in our next incarnation, but to a greater degree. So, the image then is that if you continue to give up, you will continue to make things harder for yourself. If you continue to put effort into overcoming these challenges, by the end of your life you will understand them more and have developed a greater compassion for this challenge that you will be able to offer others and start in a better place in your next incarnation.
