After asking Apple, I've figured that using 10th house is probably the best. Although there is an aspect between my significator and the house significator... It's only sextile AND separating.

The answer to this question is a no then?

Overall it doesn't look great, but the main significators are both strong in their own signs. Mercury in the 12th is likely to mean that there are greater forces at work controlling things here. If you are not selected, it's likely it has absolutely nothing to do with you. Things behind the scenes may have changed - you are strong in your sign, which to me would mean that you are thought of as a strong contender. Keep your spirits up about what you have to offer and realize that there may be something going on that you can't imagine that leads to this negative outcome.

Have a look at both the rulers of the 11th and 4th as well - what you hope for and the end of the matter for you. They basically say that you more or less got what you wanted (perhaps just to make a good impression) and that the end of the matter is just about to change - so it really might be likely that everything changed and the opportunity for the audition no longer exists somehow...

I actually wanted to follow up on this abit.

The question actually refers to an audition for a game show where I would potentially win some money. My family are going through a rough time financially and I really wanted to get on the show and win some money. I actually submitted my application about 3 months ago; but the organisation only just stopped accepting applications and according to them, they closed early due to high interest (change of plan?) - so perhaps that's the change you can see and have picked up on Apple?

I'm just wondering now though, given the nature of the audition I am asking about... Would the houses change?

I thought of the second house because of the money aspect (not sure if it would apply to the game show)- then if you look at your second house's ruler, Venus, it is retrograde and combust. If the second house is to be considered then that may be why you weren't able to get the money imo.
