Before i begin i must mention, that im using vedic astrology and vedic zodiac and not the western system.

Ive been loking on your chart for the last 3 hours and did my best to interpret it as good as i can.

= The embassy will help you, but this process will take about 1 month.

Mars (Lord of 10th House/Government)
Aspects the Moon (lord of 1st house)
= Good aspects. Shows your strenght to achieve your visa.

Mercury
(Lord of 3rd House and documents in general)
will be in Virgo(exalted)
from 20th of August until 17th September

= There should be no trouble in getting your resident application

Venus (lord of 11th(money) is combust
= This resident application might cost a lot and will stress you.

9th Lord Jupiter is in combustion until 11th of September
(This shows that you want to travel in north-eastern direction but you wont be able until 11th of september)

Conclusion: You have a good chance of getting your application but you will immigrate only after some time. This is where the delay will be.
