Ok.
Before i begin i must mention that i worked on this horoscope for 4 hours and did everything possible to interpret this horoscope to the best of my knowledge.
Im using the position of real stars and real zodiacs and not the pseudo-zodiac by western astrologers that begins with march 21st.
In advance i want to apologize for my poor english and the mistakes i will make [Im russian so please forgive me]May god help us.

Mars - Rules 3rd and 10th house [Friends with governmental power]
Mars in this case might be a lawyer, that will help you out.
[He is now in 6th house and will fight for you on August 31st]
Mars is debilitated in 6th house - Unfortunately the lawyer will lose this case
