Its like you call God the Almighty :

Please tell me dear God, should i go to the toilet now, or after some time?"
This Science is not for b.ullshit questions like :
"Will i lose weight or should i go to the toilet to take a **** ..."
No offense!
But no one is going to waste his time on questions like that.
Horary is a holy science/
A connection to God himself!
God answers this questions himself!

P.S: Me personaly i lost 110 lbs (50kg) in 2 years:
20 kg in ONE month!
THE REASON WE BECOME FAT IS NOT THE FOOD OR THE CALORIES!
THE REASON WE BECOME FAT IS THE COOKED FOOD!
IF you do NOT cook your food, but eat only RAW and LIVING food
(like vegetables, fruits etc.) you will lose weight!
I give You my Word, that if you stop cooking Your food, but will eat it only raw, then You will lose weight!
(completly without any pain/ you won´t have to go to the gym or nonsense like that)
Sugar (Artificial/industrial sugar) is the 2nd reason, we become fat.
natural sugar doesnt cause us to gain weight, but (white/industrial sugar) does.
I ate 2 years ONLY salad (without artificial salt) and lost 110lbs (50kg) :
