hi guys i am really serious about losing weight currently i am at 123 i believe and my goal weight is 110 i am 22 going on 23 in october and i am wondering will i reach my goal weight of 110 in 3 months? i want to get healthy again and start working out to get toned. anyone whom helps i thank you :-) <3

You will totally hate my answer but at your age you should lose the weight in the blink of an eye LOL...when I was 22 I just gave up drinking sugar drinks with no exercise and ate like I always did and I dropped 7 lbs. in a month! At 32 now it takes a bit of work to stay slim. So if you just work out even 30 min. a day you will lose the weight...:-).

Moon trine Saturn to me indicates you eventually will but perhaps take a bit longer than 3 months...

Lol the problem with me is I have a really sweet tooth if you gave me the choice to pick between sweets and healthy snacks it would sweets but I started to buy fruits to replace sweets and if it takes longer it's okay because I know this is going to be a long journey but I am ready to take on the challenge. All I want is a new healthier me because I have been procrastinating so long about this that it's time for a change. Thank you for the reading :-)
