Venus/Mars conjunct horary.. HELP!

Soooo...

In my horary chart... Venus represents me, Mars represents him...

On sept 1st they were conjunct while Venus was retrograde... So it would be a separating aspect..

Venus and Mars will be in direct conjunction again the beginning of November.. So it's applying to that?

What does this mean for my answer?!?!
