As you all know, El Niņo is supposed to hit all parts of the world this winter and it's supposed to be bad. I live in Southern California and want to know if the rain that's promised this winter will also bring super cold temps. I know rain and cold temperatures are associated, vut in California we often have rain and like sunny, warm humid weather like they have in Florida. I want to know if it's actually going to be really cold.
