Not 100% sure but I would probably use 12th; I have read that the 12th House is the place for healing the suffering of yourself and others also the 12th House is House of Pisces (water signs are prominent for people, who have healing abilities imo) in the natural zodiac.

p.s You wrote that Mercury ist trinig True Node. Isn’t Mercury conjunct True Node?
