I cast a chart to see if I would indeed meet someone again this time. The chart gived me a good feeling, and although Jupiter and Mercury don't aspect, they are in the same house. Additionally Moon and Mercury are applying conjunct, and we're all snug in the 9th which is a turned 3rd. Does this mean Ill meet someone at school, or that I already know them? I know I am not planning on any overseas trips or trips in general, for sure.

In this chart, we have Sagittarius rising or on the first house cusp, and Pluto is in the first house. Being that Pluto is the natural ruler of transformation and this seems to suggest that you are keen to transform the situation that you are currently in - this issues related to your love life.

Jupiter in Virgo in the 9th house represents you in this chart. Gemini is on the 7th house cusp, so, Mercury in the 9th house represents the person you may have this new committed relationship with.

As you can see, the main significator's (Jupiter and Mercury) do not aspect and I think that this is important. It suggests to me that perhaps you won't be involved with your next significant other soon. If you are, it won't be because you played an active part in making this happen. The significators' aspects to the moon suggest this.

According to my horary "go to" - the Moon is the co ruler of the question and shows your emotional needs/state at the time of the question.

Your signifcator's separating conjunct aspect with the moon suggests to me that maybe you/your emotions were involved in a situation related to this question in the past. Given that you are all in the 9th house - perhaps this situation took place in a learning setting?

The other person's applying conjunct to your co significator suggests to me that the other person who was involved in the past situation is currently thinking about it, or will start to think about it in the next 3/6 months. Perhaps they will show an interest in maybe picking back where you left off? It is possible that they will start to talking to you within the next 3/6 months (you are all in their own 3rd house of communication).

Whether or not that results in you both getting (back) together, I'm not too sure. That may be dependent on future aspects? (I am not too good with this aspect of horary, sorry!)

However, it is worth noting that Jupiter (you) is in detriment in Virgo. Consequently, you are not functioning well (for some reason). This is enough sign that perhaps getting back together with this person or starting something with this person will not be up to you.

Before I got to the bottom I had thought Jupiter must be in detriment in Virgo, and 7th is in Gemini as well? Hmm very interesting. Does it matter that Jupiter is in his home house?

What's REALLY cool is you picked up on me texting a guy I used to be involved with. I just randomly said hi after 8 months. He is with someone I believe and did not text me back, but I really believe we have some kind of connection and that it's not done yet. It might be done in reality, but that's just not what I feel. Per the chart that person would probably be the one to come back in however many months.

In addition, no I'm not doing well. I'm really trying to be optimistic but my behavior has been extremely impulsive lately. I am transitioning jobs as well as paying for my own therapy to work out some stuff. I don't have any benefits or insurance coming through so that plus my bills are stressing me out. I have an interview on Tuesday (at a bookstore...hmmm, learning setting?) and it's my last hope otherwise I'm going to be REALLY scared.

Sorry I was late with the update, I'm someone who tends to respond to important things when I am extremely focused! Hate being a half heart with important matters! Lol.

I think Jupiter/Moon being in Virgo which is ruled by Mercury and him being ruled by Mercury would suggest that he would be "open" to you this time around. If he is involved with someone or interested in someone, it's likely that you would have the edge.
