Pisces rising might means feet, toes and lymphatic system (maybe fluid not draining properly in my body). It's ruler is Jupiter which means too much fat (I've been eating a very healthy diet for awhile so I don't think that) and excess, it also relates to the liver as per this website (http://www.homeoint.org/morrell/astrology/medical.htm). Since Jupiter is in detriment in the health-related sign of Virgo, I could possibly concur that maybe some health-related issues regarding my liver (Jupiter) and possibly my feet, toes and/or lymphatic system.

Pisces could also talk about drug issues since Neptune is a ruler and sits exalted in the first house (but modern rulers aren't used in horary so idk). I take prescription Adderall for ADD. I haven't had any issues with it, but maybe it might come up as an issue with the doc or just something I should watch.

So many different medical astrology sites give different meanings for the signs, houses and planets that it's hard to know which is right; however, there seems to be a general consensus across the board that Pisces rules feet, toes and lymph and it's ruler Jupiter is responsible for liver and fat issues.
