Because the Canadian election is today and Trudeau is apparently the favorite to win so far, here is a chart we can study on election horary for those who want to practice.

Main runners are:
Harper - Conservative (present Prime Minister)
Trudeau - Liberal
Mulcair - Democrat

Just for frame of reference, conservative is similar to republican, democrat is somewhat socialist and liberal is extreme socialist.

Sun and Venus are in fall
Moon and Jupiter are in detriment
Neptune in domicile

I would say Harper.
If he really wins, I will explain my decision.

Thanks Q. I hope more people guess...
I'm undecided yet, would rather look deep into it after... Harper is not a good leader so it will be devastating for most Canadians if he wins. --> http://www.pressprogress.ca/101_scandalous_unethical_or_just_plain_sad_harper_government_moments

Trudeau is in the lead so far. They feel Mulcair doesn't have a chance, so it looks like it's btw Trudeau and Harper.

The polls up to now say (approx):
Trudeau: 60%
Harper: 17%
Mulcair: 17%
Other combined: 6%

They're looking for a majority govt. which is 170 seats. Trudeau has already won 33 of them.

Trudeau has won!!!!

It looks like the liberal party won with a landslide victory and controls the majority government.

I think this kind of chart is difficult to judge. As they say, really put weight on the dignities and debilities. I'm surprised that their wasn't more strength for Trudeau's main significators (which I took to be Sun/Mercury... interestingly placed in LIbra which seems proper for a Liberal... lol) I did notice the NN in his first house and just a lot of support. Proximity to beneficial Spica probably helped.

More study is needed on this type of horary before it would make sense to say more about it.

Should this chart be judged differently when examined by non-Canadian?

Well, for this chart the asker is not in the question, it is just comparing the candidates for weight of outcome.
