No, just something karmic. Moon (you) making a separating (meaning it already came to be and is fading) with Saturn (her).
In addition, even if we said "Okay, they didn't date a long time. 5H." Moon is opposing Venus and applying, so if you two come together again it will also end again (probably) shortly after. Saturn in the 6th just made me think "Working on it." So, you may very well date her but the relationship won't come easy and will be something you have to put continuous effort / consciousness into. We all know relationships require action but some, like this one, require that extra step of understanding and take longer to stabilize because of this.

It's hard to explain because I got it more intuitively, but basically because the significators are in challenging aspects, and Saturn being in her 12th and your 6th would denote some kind of past life karma since Saturn rules karma.
