I have no idea about timing, but I recently posted a char elsewhere where my sig was two houses out and they said that's "two counts". In this case we'll use Jupiter since you're asking about creative endeavors and he's 10 houses out...hope someone else can provide insight if that's correct or not.

I don't know if PoF is faster than Venus or Jupiter, but I would say 2 to 6 months you should see success. 2 months if we count from the ASC and 6 if we count from where PoF is now... your significators for the question are in your 2nd house, in a mutable sign which moves slower.
