Looks like a yes but Moon squares Mercury first before reaches Saturn. Is it possible querent may change her/his mind?

^^ Meh, Mercury is at 29.51 degrees so if there was hesitancy before I bet it's gone now that it's in Scorpio.

But with Moon square Mercury I always immediately think of another person...maybe that's just conditioning so take it with a grain of salt of course. However then we see Saturn in the 5th (turned 11th) and Saturn making an applying square to Neptune. It gives me the feeling something is off with the 7H person and that's why disagreements (also Moon sq. Mercury theme) have taken place maybe regarding marriage?

I was also thinking Mercury entering the fifth indicating another person coming into the querent's life, but it's a square.
