I was reading about a red panda that escaped from a zoo up in Northern California yesterday between 11am-2pm and was wondering if horary could locate her. I would use the actual city she disappeared in, but since we don't know the exact timie she disappeared, it probably isn't that worthwhile.

I used the 1st to signify her, but I'm not sure that's correct. Do I need to use the 6th since that represents small animals? The 1st house sig Mercury is straddling the end of the 6th house and beginning of the 7th house at 0 degrees Sag in detriment. Being on the cusp, I'd say something recently changed and she's now moved to a new location.

6th and Moon. You are Mercury.

Look at Libra/Pisces and 5th/11th for recovery.

I would probably look in the hills near small water areas... But the conditions of the chart don't appear to look promising in terms of finding it alive. I'm not sure if I'm right about that but it kind of looks like it could be found but not alive... Not sure. It's in it's own 12th but own sign, so there is some strength, but bad aspects... Especially separating from the conjunction with it's enemy (unless that's someone at the zoo it escaped from) Maybe just injured or I'll? But what is the likelihood of it being okay anyway... It doesn't know where to find food and it's naive about predators.

Since they haven't a clue how it disappeared and it has been in there for years with others that didn't escape, I wonder if there was foul play or something...

Appleberry: I hope the little animal isn't dead. Hopefully she found a little water reservoir or something to dribk water . It always makes me sad when these poor animals get lost .

glad it was found alive. Would be nice to know whether it was afraid and happy to return to the zoo or sad for its adventure to end... Where was it found? I'm thinking in retro that the chart should have been turned because you weren't actually looking for it or the owner. So, not 5th/11th but 6th/12th.

I guess the sig in its own sign was enough for it to be okay despite the neg aspects.

I didn't research to see which house the zoo should be... I just looked it up to be certain- it's 12th, or Leo.

I wonder if the 12th house is the zoo since the animal is "locked away"... I guess it was found up a tree in a nearby neighborhood haha. The zookeepers coaxed it down from the tree. They're apparently still confused as to how she escaped since no other red panda had before

That's what I'm wondering... Because the lord of the 7th is probably not another animal... I was wondering if that was a person that this animal doesn't like.. Because Mars is in detriment...

It would be great if we had access to more details about this situation to understand the chart better...

There was a lesson as well here that if the question does not directly affect the querent, the chart is easily invalid and can be confusing to read... But it still seems like a good chart to study...

Hmm perhaps I shouldn't have asked. I suppose if I was closely tied then maybe the answer would've been super clear. I know for sure when I'm involved in the horary that the outcome is always correct. Just last weekend that happened with a question, the correct answer came right down to the time period.

Well it was an interesting chart for study because most questions are love or career based and it gets a little redundant, so the topic was interesting.

There was Saturn on the DC which was another clue that the answer would be difficult to find in the chart... so all these things are good for learning and practice.
