Venus and Mercury are separating. Dunno if you're trying to meet someone personal, but this says no. Saturn is also in your 3rd, so no short-distance travel either.

Thank you but Mercury and Venus are applying. (Mercury 26° Venus 28°). Also, this is everything but short-distance travel. The distance is half the globe.

Long distance travel is the 9th, but you specifically intend to relocate which is the 7th. So, even though it's another country, I believe the 7th is what you should be using... It's hard to say though - if you are just relocating for an intended block of time rather than forever... That would be debatable...
