I asked “Will I enter into romantic relationship this year?”

1) From what I understand I am Mercury (ASC ruler) and my potential SO is Jupiter (ruler of 7th). I noticed that there is applying trine between them. But I also noticed that BOTH are currently retrograde. Any ideas what this could mean? Is it NO then?

2) IF horary would say YES – I went further and wanted to play a bit with timing of a possible meeting SO/entering into relationship. Since Mercury is faster with applying to Jupiter (and it is 6°appart from it) and it is in succedent house (8th) and in cardinal sign (Capricorn), I used weeks instead of days and months => I could say that I will enter a relationship in 6 weeks. Am I right on this?

AND MOST IMPORANT QUESTION: 3) But then I noticed that horary IC (Aquarius 19°10’ ) is in conjunction with my natal MC (Aquarius 18°24’ ) – ergo horary MC is in conjunction with my natal IC. I have read about importance of ASC (whether it touches any points in natal chart), but I haven’t read anything on IC/MC conjunction so far. Would anyone share with me whether this could have any significant importance or not at all?

Hopefully someone else can assisst on my other questions...

AND Perhaps another question that goes around my mind: would Mercury RX in horary chart (in this case) act different if it would be a relationship with a person that I already know or if it would be a relationship with a brand new person?
