Like a job offer, wedding day or one of these events that entail long commitments?

I got my job offer on the new Scorpio moon in 8th, along with the sun. Pluto squares Uranus at that moment and the Virgo stellium was active, entailing a yod (Uranus retrograde at the apex). How am I supposed to interpret that?
