This is going to sound a bit daft but I've been drawing the same tarot cards for a few weeks now (lots of Cups, so it's intriguing my ASC here is in Pisces!) that are indicating a change is on it's way. I cast a chart asking what that change might be and although I do see the Moon is VOC, I thought it's still readable since I am not actively doing anything to bring this change upon my life anyway.I feel this chart is appropriate because of the nature of the ASC and also ...Uranus is in my 1st house in Aries, and I'm an Aries natally. Secondly, we see Jupiter's first aspect is trining Pluto (but maybe that's a contradiction in horary since we are using traditional rulers and therefore Pluto doesn't matter?) and applying. So, again a second confirmation there's change. Pluto is in the 11th house of hopes, wishes, dreams and groups and friends. At this point my feeling is it's about a manifestation coming to life, perhaps? As for life or death changes or what house to use to signify that I thought MAYBE the 8th? This can be brainstormed and discussed of course. Maybe my question was too vague....  IP: Logged |

When moon is in Pisces it doesn't matter if it is VOC, the chart can still be read! This happens with Pisces, Taurus, Sagittarius and I think another sign but not sure which oneWhat about looking at 4th house, end of matters, and his ruler? It's ruler Mercury it's retro in 11th house under Suns beams... IP: Logged |

I didn't know that, thank you.Pisces is still the trumping influence to me considering my physical state right now. I had a gallstone attack yesterday and ended up in the ER, and have been sleeping all day hoping the pain dies down. Pisces - sickness. IP: Logged |

For William Lilly, moon “may” perform even if VOC if she lies inside Taurus Cancer, Sagittarius and Pisces. “All matters go hardly on (except the principal significators be very strong) when the moon is void of course; yet somewhat she performs if void of course and be in either Taurus Cancer, Sagittarius or Pisces”.
(Why those four signs? Because they are where Moon or Jupiter (the greater benefic) are strong by being domicile or exalted)."
Moon performa, but it doesn't perform to it's full extent. Matters will not be perfect and go perfectly and smoothly as they would if moon was not VOC. Also, Mercury is closest to the sun, so it is almost always under sun's beams. Since it's always close to being under the sun's beams I wouldn't worry about it IP: Logged | |
