One of my girl friends is having Thoracic surgery on February 10th & I wanted to know if the surgery will be a success to lessen the symptoms of her condition (masthesnia gravaitis) here is the chart. I'm not exactly sure how to read medical stuff for other people. Could you guys help me?

Perhaps your friend is 11th house since that house rules friendships among other things.

Since you are asking about how things will end (will it be a success or not) ergo about the end of the matter, I would probably look at relationship between ASC Ruler and 4th House Ruler condition.
