Moon is making applying aspect to Saturn while being in an exact square with Mars. I suppose that means that Moon isn’t VOC, right?

I would be Sun (with Moon as Co-Significator, right?), He would be Saturn. They are in applying trine, which should be a YES to my question?

Now, what interests me, is ‘condition’ of my planet (Sun) in this chart.

What are your thoughts about Sun (me) being in Detr. Stage? Does this affect the end result?

Also …

What kind of role could Moon in 1st House play for me?

The sun is in detriment in Aquarius and it means that you're not functioning properly for some reason. You're in you're 6th house, so I'm inclined to ask whether this situation has taking a toll on your work environment? Have things become awkward, is this why you're asking?

Aquarius is ruled by Saturn and so he is receiving you and is therefore open to you because of this.

The moon in your house suggests that the matter is important and pressing to you and in my opinion, that it may be affecting your self esteem and how you view yourself? Making you self conscious because you're not seeing progress on/or obvious signs to make you feel satisfied.

His significator's aspect to the moon is a secondary aspect (I think), but I think it supports the rest of the chart. He does have feeling for you. However, as the rest of the chart suggests it's a bigger deal for you.

An easy way to remember if Moon is VOC or not is looking at the applying or separating aspects the Moon makes. If the Moon is making nearly all separating aspects it is most likely VOC. You can also usually tell in a chart by the placement of the Moon. In my own charts in the past I've noticed the Moon is almost always (sorry I'm using general statements like "usually" "almost"!) the only planet on the whichever side of the chart. That definitely isn't a technical way to tell, but it's supported my hunch in the past.

True. It's work environment where we meet currently but since our project is about to end next week, we won’t see each other anymore. At least not because of work.

Huh, both could be right; I am very eager to know him better because I really, really like him. And I somehow feel that he could also be interested in me (but I just can’t trust myself and my guts on this somehow). BUT also last weekend (must be Mercury retro affect) a sort-of-ex-of-mine re-appeared in a picture, contacted me and gave me a feeling that he wants to come back, but I have not a single wish to even think about giving him a chance. I consider him only as a friend now and that’s it.
