Once again, I'm involved in a dispute (damn Aries Moon). I've had issues with a hire car company and their behaviour. So, I am currently liaising with the Ombudsman - their regulator.

I've dealt with junior members of the regulating body and they have been pretty crap about my complaint. So, I've escaped the complaint now. I'm just wondering whether the Director of this organisation will respond to my letter in my favour.

Which houses/significators would I use?

3rd House - Hire Car Company?
My 10th House - The Director?

OR

3rd House - Hire Car Company?
10th House from 3rd - The Director?

I've got a chart, I'll post later for analysis.

First of all, before I give you all an update... It's worth noting that mars is currently in and exalted in Scorpio (my ascendant), so I'm on fire in terms of holding people accountable lol. Not to scare anyone, but just so ya'll don't judge me 😂😂😂

Basically, I heard back from the director and he basically passed my complaint back to the front line staff and gave me a decision that was substandard (given his position). Little does he know, I was doing some homework on the regulator and found an organisation that could potentially hold them accountable for their failings. So, I made contact with the organisation today and reported both the regulator and director for the way they have handled my complaint against the hire company. At present, this is the situation:

ME - Hire car company + regulator/director + government body.

The question I want to now know he answer to is: WILL THE GOVERNMENT BODY / ORGANSIATION RESPOND IN MY FAVOUR?

From the chart, I am the SUN (Lord of 1st), from Appleberry's comments, the regulator/director are SATURN (Lord of 7th). However, which planet represents the government organisation? Is it my 10th house or the turned 10th house of the 7th house? I have included the hire car company in all of this.

I can see why I am in determiner at present, I've got Mars in my ascendant sign (so I'm probably acting abit more forcefully at present) and also, I'm in the 7th house... Which shows that I've tried to resolve matters with the regulator; but I'm a disadvantage and perhaps not in the best shape. However, I'm sure about the government organisation's ruler... Any suggestions?

I don't know why, but I would use 7th House first; since you are asking about another person… I have read that no matter what kind of nature is your question – if you are asking about another person, you may use 7th House. Since you ask about specific person (the director), I would use 7th House first.

But maybe you should also look into 4th house? Since the 4th House represents 'the end of the matter asked about' and you were wondering what kind of outcome can you expect?
