Minor aspects like semsextiles aren't used in horary not are the modern rulers of planets or the outer planets. Also, since you did like him I will represent him as the 7th. Most questions about crushes past and present are 7th house.

You're Mercury and he's Jupiter. No MAJOR aspect between you two. The sesquiquadrate aspect going on doesn't count in horary. Your co-sig is the Moon and he (Jupiter) is in an applied square to it. People say that even a square aspect still means some contact will be made, but it will be done unhappily or begrudgingly. Your co-sig the Moon in your first house means you're emotionally invested in this.

I think that since your co-sig the moon is in an APPLIED and not SEPARATING square to his main sig Jupiter (his co-sig is Sun btw) that there will be contact made by either you or him, but it won't be happy go lucky conversation.

I just don't understand why the 7th house and not the 5th house. There's no relationship or love affair going on. We never had anything. It was more like an enjoyment and pure speculation. I've read that William Lilly classify the 5th house as the "house of pleasures" so I really don't see this person as a 7th house matter. Anyhow, just my opinion. Time will tell. Thank you very, much, anyways!

It could be either or... but since the feelings weren't reciprocated equally I would use 7th (because he's the *other* person, it doesn't always have to be a romantic partnership significator) or 11th for friendship since nothing remotely physical happened.

Thank you for clarifying, hannaramaa! Well, I don't think the feelings were not reciprocated. Maybe he felt like this but we did affect each other. It seems to me, he has issues with related to rejection. He contacted me today at 6am. I was not even expecting it was going to happen 18 hours after I made that question. I hadn't checked the hour rulers but I just did: I made the question on Tuesday (Mars day) at 1:48 pm (hour ruled by the Sun) and he answered today (Mercury day) at 6 am (hour ruled by Mercury). In the chart, Mercury rules the 1st house (Me) and the 4th (house that Jupiter, 7th ruler, sits in). Mercury is fast and rules communication.
