but he told me that he wanted to get married with me at city hall this year... this man's juno & chiron are in my 7th house 😁. He can heal me 💗.

I know my parents are against but to hell with them tbh. My stepdad is controlling and my mom was an absent mother growing up, now verbally abusive.

Moon/you in a 1 degree APPLYING sextile to Saturn/him means that you guys do like each other and want to be around the other person, so that's good. His co-significator the sun is also in an applying 1 degree trine to the Ascendant, so that's also augurs well for you.

Still, here me out... Since he's Saturn, is he older? A 7th house Capricorn who is ruled by the planet of old age Saturn is indicative of a person who will likely marry after their first solar return (around 28-30) and/or will likely marry someone much older (I'd say 6-15 years, maybe like 4-15 in some cases). Perhaps this chart is warning you to wait until you're both older, wiser and more mature before making the big commitment of marriage.
