A friend asked me to introduce him to one of my girl friends. They seem to have good synastry, in theories. But, I wanna see first in horary if I should be their bridge. What houses should be his and her significators? Thanks in advance.

Might be best to just ask "will he be a good person for her?" and just turn the chart.

If you ask the question then you are H1.
He will likely be 11th, if he is your friend.
And the opposite would be her, so she would be 5th...
if I understand your question correctly.

Thank you for responses. This makes sense to me now. I will cast a horary and use the 11th house as significator for my (boy) friend and my 5th house as hers (11th house opposite --> his 7th house). 😊
