From reading Lilly's rules for interpreting marriage horary questions, I think this is pointing to a chance of marriage with a significant amount of strife.

Venus and Mars receive one another by face, which I think is the weakest kind of mutual reception but not totally worth ignoring, as it changes the meaning of the square.

The chart could be invalidated by the early degree on the ascendant, but my own ascendant is 2 degrees exactly or slightly under, and I am 27, both of which apparently render the rule that early degree of ascendant indicates it is too early to answer the question. What do you think?

If we take the chart as valid, I think it is interesting that I am the party keen on marriage, being represented by Venus which is applying to his significator Mars. The fact that it is a square indicates that there is a lot of stress and tension here.

His Mars is exalted, he will have more power in the relationship, will be the dominant one.

What's fascinating about thus chart, and a realm of horary I personally think could be significant if developed judiciously, is that the midpoint of Venus and Mars is exactly square conjunct ir opposite (sorry can't remember!) the Sun Moon midpoint, all of which are conjunct or square Venus itself in this chart.

I also find Vesta conjunct Midheaven very interesting. I know it's best to keep to the basics with horary but I've witnessed enough accurate readings which take into account the outer planets to know that more factors can guide a deeper intuitive reading and give concrete hints about other energetic factors.

Vesta is subtle but important in our synastry, for me it is conjunct my ascendant natally and for him it is conjunct his Sun.. we share a double whammy Vesta novile Jupiter in our synastry. I can imagine thus chart pointingto likelihood that we will possibly literally strandguard together at a temple of some kind, I.know that's far out but if you knew more of our life stories you would know that it isn't.

Anyway the most pressing thing is obviously the Venus Mars square, and I wonder if you can tell me if the fact that Venus first trines Uranus shows that I will leave first, or at least I will leave and then return. The mars Mercury square interestingly coincided with a huge fight we've had over the past few days and I have actually justr broken up with him... but I don't think it will last bevause we seem unable to part.

I'm really struggling to know what is best, what to do. I want to be free and I want him to be happy. I want to be with him if it's the right thing though.

Vertex conjunct descendant is significant I think, from what I could find some people think so and some don't. I think it indicates a definite fatedness to his part in it all, but can't say what exactly.

I noticed that his significator, Mars, is in good aspect to the ascendant itself. Does that count for anything?

Also the Sun it's pretty well aspected, and Saturn too ish. Do these represent him?

I know the Moon is pretty unhappy in Gemini classically but I wonder whether it could indicate an androgynous role for me in the relationship... as the applying square from Venus seems to imply, a strange combination on my part of being aggressive and passive, yin and yang... at his mercy and yet coming on...

Sorry about all the asteroids, I should have left them out.But I noticed before that asteroid Boda is pretty much exactly conjunct the Moon, under one degree.. So that's... fun. If only horary questions could be answered with asteroids alone! Normally I wouldn't recommend it, but I think every bit of info counts, and since the Moon isactually most important in any horary... I dunno.. what do you think about what the Moon is doing overall??

I can see that she is at the bending.of the nodes, as they say, showing significant crisis. The north node it's square my Sun moon midpoint and the moon will be opposite it in two degrees.

If mercury is the first thing.Mars is gonna get hit with, does this show a big disagreement/mental.fight.which will terminate matters?

I noticed the Sun and Moon are separating from a sextile with one another... Maybe showing our previous harmony together... And the moon will sextile Venus andMars will trine the Sun. Does this show a possibility of connectedness and contentedness for each of us if the marriage does occur? Despite the tension inherent inthe square?
