I donīt think this question can be answered by a first meeting chart or any astrological chart. However, if you have their number or them yours and you expressed interest to see each other again, Iīd say it is like you will. If you just bumped into each other without exchanging any data and if your "social circle" does not in some way at least overlap, then it`s unlikely.

Well you could do a horary chart with that question in mind: Will I see this person again? We could be reading that.
The first meeting chart I find to be very telling about the energies between two people evolving over time (and no, it`s not limited to that moment or 3 weeks or 3 months; my first meeting chart with P STILL responds eagerly to transits and behaves just like a composite or Davison chart).
But like for a composite/ Davison to manifest in clear real terms (physical manifestation as some events happening including the both of you), the condition is that you will interact in some way in the future (no it`s not necessary to move in together or have a romantic relationship for a relationship chart to manifest; but some sort of mutual interaction is necessary for a mutual experience of this chart) IP: Logged |

Personally I think, on a very cursory glance, this first meeting chart speaks of a connection that is very affectionate and warm and sparkly on an emotional level (Moon-Venus-conjunction in Leo), but where you will have to work hard to coming to a clear understanding of what each of you means. Communication could be an issue, partly too foggy and unclear, partly almost blocked and inhibted, with mercury involved in that T-square with Saturn and Neptune. It`s not very exact, so I think it might be not THAT acute, but still watch out for that.
Of course with effort put into it it could also lead to a communication that might combine the best of the realistic structured world of Saturn and the poetic flowing world of Neptune. Making the intangible tangible, and possibly quite a creative collaboration would be possible. But still Mercury opposite Neptune, Mercury square Saturn, Saturn square Neptune - yes it would be at least a tad difficult (and I tend to downplay things a lot, a "tad" might at times feel like seriously depressing). I think it is even more challenging as Mercury is applying to Saturn and Neptune, so it will become more intense over time even, IF you will meet again. HOnestly speaking I wouldnīt want to have that in my own first meeting chart. Did you notice certain bumpiness in communication when you met? Well luckily Sun is trine Saturn so adding stability, unfortunately however it is already separating. Yeah well the best thing about it really is the Moon-Venus-conjunction, trine Uranus to me. Though of course Uranus also can point to a one-time-meeting and that was it. Though he is unpredictable, you might actually run into each other again, without expecting it.
Moon is applying to Venus, and if I am not wrong it is the last aspect, so that might at least lead to a beautiful memory, but could in fact also indicate a connection forming based on Venusian matters, love, appreciation, admiration, beauty, romance and creativity. (some astrologers treat first meeting charts like horary charts, so the last aspect of Moon would indicate the "result", and a conjunction to Venus sounds pretty swell to me)
