Just an observation; I have discovered that with horary (with any reading actually – astrological, Lenormand or Tarot) it is very important how you set-up your question. Asking “Will I Ever…” is very hazardous in some way, I guess at least to me. I would advise you to rather set-up your question a bit differently such as “Will I marry in next three years?” and then look what Horary will say. I believe that way you will get more accurate answer.

As for your current horary chart (bare in my mind, I am no expert!!) you are Jupiter in its detriment sign of Virgo, so is your co-siginificator – the Moon – but they are separating. They are both in 9th House which could be a house of long journeys but also of dreams, visions! There is also Mercury (7th House ruler) in there, but forms no aspect with Jupiter/Moon.

To me it looks like you (Jupiter/Moon) are emotionally either a little bit impatient or are simply dreaming about marriage, looking around for a perfect match (Mercury), but there are no tendencies for you to stop for an actuall marriage partner - ergo to wait for a perfect match to chatch you LOL (Mercury is behind the Moon and Jupiter). I can’t say whether this is a ‘NO’ or ‘YES’ in a chart because of the way ( “ever” ) you stated your question.
